Introduction.


This Agreement is a legal document which states the terms and conditions which you agree to abide by when using Gay Arrangement, whose services and site is referred to as 'Gay Arrangement', 'we' or 'us'.


Membership.


People who register at Gay Arrangement become 'Members'. They must be at least 18 years of age.


Registration.


You must register for Gay Arrangement using accurate and current information about yourself - including your correct email and any other requested details. After registration you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been successful.

Gay Arrangement Responsibility


Anyone who uses Gay Arrangement, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behavior of Members - whether on Gay Arrangement or outside of it. We only provide a venue where Gay Arrangement may be accessed. You should be aware that Gay Arrangement is not responsible for pre-screening or monitoring the material contributed by Members.


New services.


Gay Arrangement may offer new or additional services through Gay Arrangement. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which you must follow. Any failure by you to comply with the terms or rules governing those services will amount to a breach of this Agreement.


Gay Arrangement Services.


Gay Arrangement reserves the right to withdraw or modify Gay Arrangement services. There are times when Gay Arrangement services become unavailable, whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. For security or other reasons, we may require you to change password or other information which facilitates access to Gay Arrangement.


Subscription.


Gayarrangement.com reserves the right to give free Gold membership to anyone of its choosing for any period of time whilst charging other members for this service. Gayarrangement.com also reserves the right to cancel its free membership at any time of its choosing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time but under no circumstances we will issue a refund for payments for subscriptions already received.


Member Disputes.


Whilst every step is taken to assist people with member disputes we are under no obligation to monitor any disputes between you and other members.


Service.


Gayarrangement.com does not guarantee any members that the website will be up and running at all times. Gayarrangement.com does not offer technical support but only support for the services and features that are related to the website.


Ownership.


This Website is owned and operated by Gayarrangement.com, and unless otherwise noted, Gayarrangement.com owns the Copyright in all materials provided here. No material from this Website may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner or form except as explicitly provided below. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any purpose other than those purposes explicitly permitted below is a violation of Gayarrangement.com's copyright and/or other proprietary rights.


Non Commercial Use by Members.


Gayarrangement.com is for the personal use by individual members only and my not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. Organisations, companies, agencies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose.


Breach of Contract.


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to Gay Arrangement, or parts of it, and/or to edit, or require the Member to edit, material posted on Gay Arrangement, if the relevant Member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, Gay Arrangement without our prior consent. You are responsible for everything which is done on or through Gay Arrangement while your Membership account is logged on Gay Arrangement, or through your email address(es).


Misuse.


Gay Arrangement is intended to be used by its Members for the purposes referred to in Clause 2 above. Members must not

- Include an email address, postal address, phone number, the address of any website, or any other information which is intended to facilitate direct communication, in material which is posted on Gay Arrangement - Full Members, and the recipients of their emails, can share this information, should they wish, once direct contact has been made;

- Place material on, or otherwise use, Gay Arrangement for any business or commercial purpose; or

- Use your access to Gay Arrangement, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email (known as spam).


Prohibitions.


You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted on Gay Arrangement, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any Gay Arrangement, will be capable of infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity, breaching any applicable law, or appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.


Assisting Gay Arrangement.


If you see anything Gay Arrangement which appears to infringe this Agreement, then please inform us by emailing us. We generally do not monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on Gay Arrangement, and so we depend upon users to point out any which infringes this Agreement.


Removal of material and Termination of Membership.


We are entitled to withdraw any material on Gay Arrangement which appears whether based on information received from Members or others, or our own determination to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement. Each user acknowledges that we are not responsible for monitoring material which appears on Gay Arrangement, and that we depend upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see here which appears likely to breach this Agreement.


Intellectual Property.


You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Gay Arrangement (including the material which is contributed by Members) are owned by Gay Arrangement. In accordance to law, no one may copy, distribute, use, or create any derivative work from Gay Arrangement, or any of the material which is found on Gay Arrangement unless properly licensed to do so by us.
By submitting any material to the content to Gay Arrangement, you:

- Grant us a royalty-free, non-terminable license right to copy and use in any form, anywhere;

- Authorize us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as the author, of the material in question.


Liability.


We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this Agreement or otherwise). Gay Arrangement will also not be liable for any failure to perform of its obligations under this Agreement caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of this Agreement by you or through a machine on which you access Gay Arrangement.


Complete Contract.


This Agreement includes our privacy policy. Together they contain the whole of the agreement between Gay Arrangement and you concerning Gay Arrangement services. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement.


Severability.


In the event that any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable


Changes to this Agreement.


Gay Arrangement reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time, and post the new version on GayArrangement.com. When we do so, we will notify you of changed terms. If you do not wish to be governed by the new version of the Agreement, you may notify us on or before the date when the new version of the Agreement is to take effect, and from that date you must cease to use Gay Arrangement.


Disclaimer and Release


Gay Arrangement has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on Gay Arrangement, whether provided by Members or others.

- We are not responsible or endorse any content or anything to do with third-party sites links which may appear on Gay Arrangement

- You should use the same caution in assessing what you see on Gay Arrangement as you do offline.

- Although Members are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. Further, you should note that people may not provide their true identity.

- Your use of Gay Arrangement is entirely at your own risk.

Accordingly, to the extent that the law permits, you release Gay Arrangement its directors / owners, contractors and employees from all liability arising out of or in connection with Gay Arrangement and the material included here by Members and other third parties.
